Our requirements for a new print setup were quite specific and Netgear listened and worked with us to deliver a tailored solution. We’ve been so impressed with them, that over the last 18 months we’ve now rolled the Netgear Printer system out across all areas of the business.
At Restsso, our internal processes are built around a colour coordinated documentation system: this helps us fulfil orders across teams and product lines, in a simple, visual way. Blue documents always go to one team, while yellow documents go to another etc.
Rather than reinvent our colour system, we wanted a printer setup that could support our existing processes and introduce a further level of automated efficiency.
From the outset Netgear worked with us to understand our specific business needs and come up with an approach to printing that would integrate with our existing IT network, our manual processes and ultimately deliver time and cost savings.
Netgear presented a fully costed approach and an implementation plan, including a month trial that would allow us to test the system and ensure that it worked for the teams involved.
The HP printers that were recommended, are integrated with our sales system, to automatically select paper from the appropriate tray and produce internal orders on the correct colour paper.
Overall the implementation of Netgear’s print solution has been a very positive experience. It’s delivered us efficiencies and saved us cost, but also their fully managed service has been excellent. I would recommend talking to Netgear.
