Optimising your print infrastructure
Each organisation is different, with different print requirements and we will tailor make a solution that suits you best. HP offers a wide portfolio of printers and multifunction devices. Once we have a good understanding of what you have and what you want to achieve we will present our recommended solution.
Implementing the right solution
Once you are confident you have made the right choice you will sign a maintenance contract with Netgear and for a fixed cost per page and our entire service will be included. Our engineer will install the printer free of charge on your network and provide training on how to use the printer.
Ongoing Printer Management
Managing the printer will be Netgear’s responsibility. We will manage the printer consumables remotely and deliver ink before you run out. There are more consumables than just ink, fusers, print heads and other consumable parts will be remotely monitored. We stock the parts and our engineers will replace parts before they wear out. We will make sure the printer is serviced to a high standard so that we optimise your printers uptime.
